Good Starts Young!

Middle Country Library Foundation is proud to work with The Allstate Foundation to bring a new focus and message to the Allstate Readiness Series as it celebrates its twelfth year. Good Starts Young embraces the message that positive social and emotional skills create powerful outcomes when they are learned early in life.

With support from The Allstate Foundation, the Series focuses on three areas:

  • Giving youth the tools and resources to be the next generation of leaders to rise up and make a difference in our world.
  • Creating a social movement to showcase youth as change makers and problem solvers.
  • Empowering youth to stand up for themselves and others and realize their full potential through programs and resources that develop social and emotional skills.

 Allstate Foundation
The Allstate Readiness Series is sponsored by The Allstate Foundation and held at the Middle Country Public Library. Programs focus on teen empowerment, volunteerism and safe driving.
